Unfog Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Who these terms are between
Unfog ("the app", "we") is published by Gaetan Callari. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions go to support@unfog.net.
2. What the app is, and is not
Unfog helps you track a quit from weed, log cravings, get through them, and follow a program of short sessions. It is a self-help tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a pharmacist or a drug and alcohol service. If you have a medical condition, or are pregnant, talk to a health professional about quitting.
3. Your account
You can use the app without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
4. Unfog Pro
Some features need Unfog Pro, which you can buy through Google Play either as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time purchase.
Billing. Google Play takes payment, and its terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. We do not see or store your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you bought, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel in Google Play under Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Free trial. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial. It turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The monthly plan has no trial.
One-time purchase gives Pro without renewal, on the Google account and phone it was bought with, and on any account you later sign in with on that phone.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. Email support@unfog.net if a purchase is not showing in the app, and we will help you restore it.
Price changes. We may change prices for new purchases at any time. For a running subscription, Google Play tells you before a price change applies and you can cancel first.
5. Your content
What you enter in the app is yours. We only use it to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy at https://unfog.net/privacy/.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to break into the app or its server, copy or resell the program content, or use the app to harm anyone. We can close an account that does these things.
7. The program content
The program sessions, texts and artwork in the app belong to the publisher or are used under licence. You may use them inside the app for your own quit. You may not copy, republish or sell them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app and the server running, but we cannot promise they will always be available. We may change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app. If we stop, Pro purchases in the current period are handled under Google Play's rules.
9. Limits on our liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including lost data or a failed quit attempt. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account at https://unfog.net/delete-account/. We can end your access if you break these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change applies.
