Delete your account

You can delete your Unfog account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, settings, craving logs and session history from our servers.

In the app

1. Open Unfog and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Read the note, then tap Yes, delete my account. It takes effect straight away.

The note in the app says: "This erases your email, profile, settings and craving history from our server. The copy on this phone stays, so your streak is not lost. Purchases are kept with Google Play and this phone keeps Pro."

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@unfog.net from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Unfog account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your email address, your quit profile, settings, craving logs, craving sessions and check-ins.
• Kept: an anonymised record that a purchase was made, so a refund arriving after deletion can still be processed by Google Play. It contains no personal details.
• On your phone: uninstalling the app removes the copy stored on the device.

Purchases are managed by Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play under Subscriptions.
